Gesunde Arbeit supports companies covering all aspects of healthy personnel/ employees.

Healthy and motivated employees are a pre-condition for success in business.
Absenteeism and incapacity of work are reasons for companie’s problems, especially for small and medium companies. They often do not have the internal structures and capacities to profit from several potentials and offers to improve worker’ s employabilities.
Our service points are established all over Germany and we support small and medium sizes companies free of charge. The regional service points coordinate the offers from different public bodies of prevention and rehabilitation like workers compensation boards, health insurances and pension insurances as well as services from private providers.

Both, the regional managers of Gesunde Arbeit and the HR-staff of the companies develop measures and assist in solving health problems in the companies and implement health-related structures. Companies gain from assistance on the field of health management, work and safety structures and vocational integration management. Additional consultation in demographic challenges or ageing workforce and integration of severe disabled persons are part of the work in Gesunde Arbeit.
Our help can be requested in all questions regarding healthy work and motivate the human resource management to invest in their staff. Gesunde Arbeit wants to show companies ways what can be done, who can help and how they can profit. They give advice how employability can steadily be improved. Staff managers can learn and act as soon they got convinced and trained. They should be aware of the significance of workers health and enabled to care about the workers health.
The project is supported on behalf of the ministry of labour and social affairs and the initiative INQA. It is lead by the institute of quality assurance in prevention and rehabilitation at the sports University of Cologne (iqpr) in leadership of Dipl.-Ing. Harald Kaiser.

In the meanwhile Gesunde Arbeit is implemented in six counties around the cities Dresden, Cologne, Muenster, Munich/Nuremberg und Bad Segeberg. After a certain period it could be expanded to other regions in Germany and foreign countries. For more information visit  www.gesunde-arbeit.net.
